^__^ did this one for Travis Willington's groovy contest. yay, i love contests! even tho like i never win these types of things, just the atmosphere of competition is invigorating, ain't it? XD yay for Travis-san and his motivational endeavors!

ah...done in ink and prismacolor. started out with just the dance pose, but then i decided it looked too empty that way, so i added a few things. heh, figured it can't hurt to stroke a taisa's ego a little, eh? XD i did this piece..at work...when i was supposed to be working... *whistles* ah, but i was so inspired! i couldn't help myself! XD roy *would* be an above-average dancer, don't you think? ^.^ he could sweep me off my feet any day.

anyway, hope you like, i had loads of fun drawing it. *glomps roy*

edited 17april07: brightened up the BG, adjustedt the colors--looks SO much better now. ugh, that old scanner was SO lousy.

thankies, ninja! XD yah, this was the one i was working on the other day. ^_^ i was gonna send it to you, but you had signed off by the time i finished it.

i was...unusually pleased with how this one turned out. usually i am spectacularly self-critical, but i was quite happy with this one. heh, roy's just photogenic that way, i guess. XD my katakana usually sucks, i worked extra hard on this kana for my beloved taisa. ^.^

I love the piece. Then again, that's the main reason I'm making it into a CG for you. ^_^ I'm glad you have fun doing artwork. I do too, as long as it's not the random stuff we do in class every Tuesday night. >.> Anyway, I hope you win the competition. I'm not sure if I'm going to get my original CG done and submitted before the deadline.

If I do, I'll be up most of the night tomorrow night working on it. ^^;

Wow! I like it.^^ Only two things that I see that's off. While it may just be your style, though even then, their noses come too far out. Put them in more, more angled.^^ Like...a little less than 45. Everything else looks good. The second thing is the bottom of Roy's pants. He's a Colenel, in the military. So they're straight-leg. If you're having trouble because of the positions, just remember that the pants will fold. And I love the job with colored pencils you did.^__^
